Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer a within 30 days of purchase return policy. You can return your product for store credit, different product, or a refund.

We will definitely get back to you. Please check your spam folders if you haven't had a response, especially if you have a Hotmail or Gmail account.

Delivery charges and returned postage will only be refunded if an item is faulty.

Please retain your proof of posting certificate, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return or contact us at refunds@tussface.com
  2. Wait for us to respond
  3. Send all items back to us using the address provided

Cancelling your order: You may cancel your order up to 14 calendar days from the day after you receive all goods in an order. Once you've cancelled an order you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. This does not apply to goods we have personalised for you. Please email us if you are returning an order.

Please note that we are a small company. It may take a little bit of time to get your issue sorted but we guarantee it will be sorted as quickly as we can. 

Digital Download products cannot be returned.
