Shipping policy

Most products are printed to order.  These items have a production time of 2 - 5 days, and then deliveries to the UK are usually within 2 - 5 days for most products.  Original art and signed pieces may take slightly longer. Other countries depend upon their own respective postal services. TussFace.com is not liable for any customs charges made in the recipient's countries. The customer is completely responsible for these charges.

We aim to ship as soon as possible, but please remember that to maintain our eco-friendly business model, most products are printed to order, including clothing. This way, there is no wasted stock, electricity, storage etc.  You order it, it then gets printed to your specifications, and then it's packed and delivered. If you need something really quickly, please think twice before ordering, or drop us an email and we'll see what we can do to help. All postage/shipping times and options are for after an item is printed.
